Here we have a couple of presentations. The first two pictures show Ron Moulton, Managing Editor of the publishing group which included Aero Modeller Magazine, showing and presenting Dad with a colour print of his portrait by C. Rupert Moore which was on the cover of the July 1941 Aero Modeller. Here is the picture -
A lifelong non-smoker, Dad was not impressed with the cigarette he is shown with. I also remember his shorts being very much baggier.
