The day my mother and father got married and one year later, to the day, I arrived.

The bridesmaids The bridesmaids, left to right were Dad's sister Pamela, Mum's best friend (name not known) Mum's sister Barbara, and Dad's sister-in-law Olive.

A standing pose Mother pausing for Dad to take the photograph. Of particular interest to me here, is the coffee table which was made by my maternal Grandfather and I still have it.
Another pose Another pose which clearly shows the coffee table. I have thought about trying to enhance the background but decided to leave it just as Dad had planned it.


One thing I perhaps ought to point out. I do not use the standard colours for links, on a black background they are not that easy to see therefore you will find
